The ordered koi are prepared for transport for a few days, for an optimal trip to your pond.
The koi are packed in double layer plastic bags with medicinal oxygen.
The koi arrive in optimal conditions with you.
It is wise to keep the koi in quarantine for several weeks, because transport will always cause stress to the koi and thus weaken the immune system.
We can send koi all year round from Monday to Thursday. The koi arrive in the course of the next day (within 24 hours).
We send our koi with MRW a company that specializes in transporting pets.
No koi will be sent in extreme weather conditions.
